Keisha Smith is a chief people officer at Tory Burch and chief human resources officer at News Corp.

Prior to joining News Corp, Ms. Smith served in various management roles at Morgan Stanley, most recently as a managing director and co-head of talent management. In this capacity, she had global responsibility for the Global Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion functions. While with the Firm, she was responsible for a number of significant contributions to the Firm’s Talent Management Strategy. Ms. Smith joined Morgan Stanley in 2000.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Smith worked at The Financial Times where she was responsible for leading the recruiting strategy for the launch of The Financial Times.com.

Ms. Smith earned a bachelor of arts degree in international relations from the University of Virginia in 1997.
