Xu Zhiping is the co-founder and managing partner for JCP Capital. As an excellent entrepreneur and manager, he founded BlueFocus Communication Group with other 4 co-founders.

He took the position as EVP and executive board director of BlueFocus Communication Group. And by that time, he led M&A and Investment for BlueFocus, and led finance and IR management for BlueFocus. Founded in 1996, BlueFocus Communication Group is now the largest communication group in Asia. The company listed in Shenzhen Chi Next in 2010 (Stock code: 300058), and by the end of 2016, BlueFocus had more than 6,000 employees worldwide and made revenues 10 billion RMB. As executive board director, Xu Zhiping led lots of global M&A and investment for BlueFocus. Xu Zhiping was awarded "Gold Medal Executive Director" by New Fortune Magazine in 2015. Before founding BlueFocus, Xu Zhiping was the chairman of Guan Neng Management Consulting, GM of TengTu United Electronics, GM of Lenovo Home PC and deputy GM of Lenovo R&D.

Xu Zhiping earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Peking University, and earned his Master's degree in University of Chinese Academy of Science.
