Tom has more than 15 years' experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design across various web platforms, devices and industries. He began his career at Goldman Sachs designing proprietary software and has worked with Xerox and Opodo.

Tom founded the UI, UX and information architecture consultancy firm, Man Woman and Child, and has worked on major projects including the redesign of Nokia.com, and the UI design for Avaya Flare - Avaya's flagship touchscreen desk phone. He earned a B.S. at Oxford University and an M.S. from Loughborough University.
