Todd leads all aspects of the the North American operations of Aster Capital, a global multi-stage energy and materials technology venture capital firm headquartered in Paris, France and sponsored by three leading global industrial companies – Solvay, Alstom, and Schneider Electric as well as the European Investment Fund.

Prior to joining Aster Capital, Todd served as the President and General Manager of EFI Electronics, a global leader in the manufacture and supply of surge protection and power quality devices. He has also held several positions in general management, strategy, finance and corporate development at leading firms such as Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation and Deloitte Consulting.

Todd is an active individual investor and a member of Olympus Angels, The Young President’s Organization and the Association for Corporate Growth. He received his BA from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Todd currently sits on the boards of BuildingIQ, Agilence, and Ecofactor.
