Current CFO at Topia and former CFO of Imperva.He brings more than 20 years of financial leadership to the company, including CFO roles in both public and private companies. His private company experience includes both venture backed and private equity owned enterprises. Prior to joining Imperva, Schmid was CFO at Coremetrics which was acquired by IBM. Prior to Coremetrics, Terry was the EVP and CFO at Enterasys Networks. Schmid's earlier experience includes CFO at ONI Systems, Turnstone Systems and The 3DO Company as well as financial and consulting positions with Electronic Arts, Sun Microsystems and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
