Steve Nye is the Vice President of Customer Services & Support. Steve provides strategic leadership and global direction for customer support, field services, and learning, as well as all aspects of support operations provided by OSIsoft. He is responsible for the Network Operation Center (NOC) which provides remote monitoring services for OSIsoft’s Enterprise customers. Steve also directs the delivery of the vCampus community offering, a development collaboration resource for both customers and partners.
Steve joined OSIsoft in 1996 as part of the Technical Support group. He has been an advocate for customer success throughout his years at OSIsoft, driving process and technology innovations that allow OSIsoft to deliver best in class support and service. His primary passion is building highly functioning teams that deliver exceptional service.
Steve holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Principia College in Illinois.
