Mr. Vanderelzen is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Lineage Logistics. Prior to Lineage, Mr. Vanderelzen held a variety of leadership positions at General Motors (GM), most recently serving as Global Director, Hire-to-Exit Employee Services for GM’s Global Business Services organization, in which he was responsible for HR Shared Services for 207,000 employees in 67 countries. In addition to leading the company’s Global Talent Acquisition and Early Career Development programs, he had HR responsibility at multiple business units across GM, including Saturn Corporation, engineering, information technology, OnStar and Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Human Relations from Trevecca University.
