Sarah Kokin Jacobsohn is a Senior Director, Customer Success at Cornerstone OnDemand.She has been in the customer success space for over 13 years and was an early employee at Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD).She oversees the Client Success Center of Excellence which supports approximately 2,800 customers in North America in various capacities.Her team is responsible for the initial onboarding of clients post implementation, the creation and execution of all client activities that grow client community and vendor partnership,client success operations which provides day to day operational oversight to the Client Success team, and solution expertise for customers who have the most challenging process requirements. Prior to her current role Sarah oversaw client success for approximately 900 customers that made up Small Enterprise, Public Sector and Higher Education.Her team focused on helping clients achieve their desired business outcomes, as well as drive product adoption, engagement with Cornerstone, and retention.
