I always loved the word molecule, it’s a small part of a mole. It resounds the sense of one amongst the chaos of many. Science is a passion of mine.Ever since my childhood, I like to be patient, observant and unravel the mysteries of the microcosmos. Molecular biology and chemistry are my hammer and chisel, my work and my hobby.I use molecular tools and methods to synthesise, modify and amplify DNA. As in every science, there are techniques that makes sense in lab and makes sense in cents. We took the best of both worlds and made MoSS - Molecular Storage System, A comprehensive DNA synthesis architecture that uses oligos and enzymes to encode binary information in DNA.MoSS descriptors - A ++1 additive function to DNA, if phosphoramidite/any chemistry can make 150 bp, we make it 300. If they can make a kb, we make it 2 kb.- Sequence independent. Homopolymers, hairpins, GC-tracts etc., - we can couple all and any.- On-demand addition of custom sequences for digital information storage & manipulation, Real-time sequencing compatibility.I work on MoSS as the chief architect and head Helixworks R&D team to improve upon its design, efficiency and price. We apply MoSS technology to DNA data storage + DNA trace & track.I acquired molecular biology + chemistry + coding technical skills by education. I prototype scripts in C++ and js, can apply CUDA for oomph !I was awarded the Borealis Student Innovation award (2014) by Borealis GmbH for my work with ionic liquids during my masters.I work on design and development of novel DNA file formats and tools for faster pattern matching and strand identification.Visit https://helix.works and https://oligoarchive.eu for information on our DNA data storage
