Philip is the broker/owner of J. Philip Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Founded in 2005 as a sole practice, the brokerage has grown to a team of 50 agents all over Westchetser and the Hudson Valley. He is the 2014 President of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and also serves as a Director for the NY State Association of REALTORS.
