Peter Boyce II is an investor at General Catalyst, a venture capital firm headquartered in Cambridge, MA with offices in Palo Alto, SF and NYC.In addition to his work at GC, he also co-founded & manages Rough Draft Ventures: a program to support technology entrepreneurship on university campuses. Through his work at the university level leading Rough Draft Ventures, he supports a community of 150+ early stage teams started out of universities including: Summer, FreeWill, Noken, Snackpass, Reverie Labs, Rocketvisor, Getaway, Cobalt Robotics, LogRocket, Instabase, Pavlov (acquired by Coinbase) and Legalist.Prior to his time at GC, he worked for online education marketplace Skillshare, helped launch GoGirl Finance (an online community for personal finance education), worked in media at Bad Boy Entertainment, and co-founded two students groups while a student at Harvard: Harvard Ventures & HackHarvard.Peter is a graduate of Harvard University, earning a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Secondary in Computer Science, with focus on Behavioral Economics & Network Theory. He grew up in New York City, where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School.
