Paul is an entrepreneur with experience from 7 int'l start-ups. On a parallel career track, Paul has worked as a corporate business executive in central management positions between his entrepreneurial gigs. After his international business schooling and training, Paul was promoted early in his career to head up the export sales admin and shipping department at Rockwool. Paul served as the coordinator between sales, technical, and production - one of the toughest jobs anyone can imagine. This invaluable experience was followed by a 4 year stationing abroad as a Diplomat for the Danish State Department (Foreign Office) in the Middle East. Returning to the private sector he added on to his international sales and business development background with hands-on field experience and later in strategic executive roles. Paul started out launching his first startup importing and selling JLG construction equipment. Later on, he branched out into related serial heavy construction equipment and proceeded to participate in large civil engineering projects in the Nordic countries. His biggest success came from the civil engineering project; the bridge and tunnel project between Denmark and Sweden where Paul's creative use of new technology and new working methods laid the foundation for accelerating and thus shortening the overall tunnel project with 8 months with subsequent huge material and costs reductions. In between the projects and various upstarts, Paul has taken on various gigs working the role of a change agent. The latest gig, being with the Rolls-Royce Marine division prior to the top executive decision of selling off the business unit to Kongsberg.
