She is one of the creative minds behind Echo (the voice-controlled speaker) and Alexa (the digital assistant), innovations that have changed the way we interact with the world around us.

With a background in computer engineering, she has worked for Amazon, Intel (and more), delivering new products and experiences that surprise and delight consumers. As a product manager, her strong belief is that we invent to simplify human lives and she obsesses over customer experience. The technologist in her has led her to dabble in mobile platforms, wireless technologies, sensors, audio, computer vision and speech science. She is a leader who believes in building strong teams with shared vision and passion.

When she is not pitching her next big idea or rolling up her sleeves to solve complex problems, you can find her accompanying her son to fencing competitions, curling up with her daughter to watch a Netflix show for the umpteenth time, hiking with her husband, or chasing her dog off the couch.
