Mike DeBell serves as Chief Sales Officer. In this role, Mr. DeBell is responsible for key interface roles with company’s regional sales leadership, licensing and direct-to-consumer sales channels.

Mr. DeBell began as Vice President of Sales in 2006, based in Singapore.

In 2009, Mr. DeBell transitioned to Vice President of Crocs Asia continuing in that post until early 2011.

During his tenure in Asia sales increased over 500% from 2006 through the end of 2010.

Next Mr. DeBell acted as interim GM of Europe before transitioning to Crocs’ headquarters in Boulder.

Mr. DeBell brings a wealth of experience in global companies and more than 16 years in the sales field.

His prior experience includes management roles with ChipPAC, a Singapore-base electronics company, Siliconware, a Taiwan-based electronics company, and Kyocera, a Japanese conglomerate.
