Mike joined FireEye as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2015 and assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer in June 2016.

Before FireEye, Mike was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Informatica, and he earlier led finance and other operations for a number of technology companies, including IO, SolarWinds, and i2 Technologies.

Mike holds a B.A. degree in finance from Augsburg College and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of St. Thomas.
