Mary Roberts is a M&A Legal Counsel at Telstra and Company Secretary for Telstra Ventures. Mary has over 10 years’ experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer. During her time at Telstra, Mary has supported Mergers & Acquisitions, Telstra Ventures and Telstra Media (including Sensis). Before joining Telstra, Mary worked as a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons.

Mary holds a LLB (First Class Honours) and BEc from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma Legal Studies (Information Technology) from the University of Melbourne, and is admitted to practice in Victoria.
