Born in 1966, Mads Nipper started his career with an educational background as MSc in Business Administration. Before joining Grundfos, Mads had a long career in the Lego Group (1991-2014), latest as Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Management Board.
Mads was appointed Group President and CEO of Grundfos August 2014. He is member of the Global Commission on Business and Sustainable Development and an active advocate for the UN SDG 6 and 13.
Mads is member of the Board of Directors at B&O and the Tulip Food Company, commissioner in the Water Resources Group, Member of the General Council of the Confederation of Danish Industry and the Committee on Business Policy, and Board member of the Federation of Employers in the Manufacturing Industry.
