Lynda Clarizio serves as EVP and President of Platform-A at [AOL](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/aol). As of May 2006, Lynda has been President of Advertising.com, which operates the largest third-party display network. Prior to this, Lynda held several positions at AOL, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of AOL's Audience Business, responsible for strategy, finance and business development. She was also Senior Vice President for corporate strategic and financial planning and Senior Vice President for acquisitions and strategic investments. As part of the latter role, she led AOL's acquisition of Advertising.com.

Prior to joining AOL in 1999, Lynda was a partner for seven years in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter, as well as co-chair of the firm's technology group and a member of the firm's executive committee. For several years, she served as one of AOL's outside counsel on transactional matters.

Lynda serves as the executive director of the AOL Women's Network and is a member of the Princeton Women in Leadership Steering Committee.
