Lin Lei the former founding partner of TusPark Ventures, concurrently serves as the senior vice president of Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd. and the president of Tsinghua Holdings Assets Management Group, and successively and concurrently severed as the director of many listed companies and financial enterprises, including Tsinghua Tongfang (600100), Unisplendour Corporation (000938), Tus-Holdings, Chengzhi Shareholding, Nuode Asset and Zhongrong Life Insurance, etc.

Lin Lei took charge of the investment in more than 100 enterprises, including a number of enterprises listed on the NASDAQ in America and the Growth Enterprise Market in China, and achieved excellent investment performance and operating results. In 2015, Lin Lei was named the Zhongguancun High-end Leader-Venture Capitalist.

Lin Lei holds a doctoral degree in engineering from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University and a postdoctoral degree from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
