Prior to joining TARC as Chief Financial Officer, Nix spent over 6 years with J.P. Morgan’s Oil & Gas Investment Banking team where he focused primarily within the upstream sector. While at J.P. Morgan, Lee advised public and private operating companies as well as private equity sponsors on a variety of M&A and strategic advisory transactions and capital markets financings. Prior experience also includes 5 years in the commercial real estate industry with Lincoln Property Company where he focused on acquisitions, divestitures, development, and leasing of office properties.

Nix is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He also earned his Master of Business Administration with Concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rice University.
