Laura Schroeder joined Advent International in 2013 as an Associate and acts as an advisor in the German-speaking region. Laura joined from 3i Group where she worked in the Private Equity division in Frankfurt. At 3i, Laura was involved in the buyout and portfolio management of business services and consumer companies. Prior to joining 3i, Laura completed an internship in the Investment banking division of Rothschild.
