Larry joined HeartWare in March 2011 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Larry has overall responsibility for the Company’s legal and compliance functions. Between 1993 and 2010, Larry served in a variety of legal positions at Boston Scientific Corporation. From 2007, Larry was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, from 1994, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and from 1993, Assistant General Counsel. Previously, Larry was a corporate associate at the Boston law firms of Bingham McCutchen, LLP and Gaston & Snow. Larry received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Political Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut and passed the Certified Public Accountant examination in Connecticut.
