Kim grew up in South Africa, before being the first Rice University student to complete both an M.A. in Economics and a PhD in Statistics. Bringing her experience from 18 different developing countries that highlighted the acute need for digital infrastructure in emerging markets, Kim leads Topl’s team, investor development, and the company’s overall strategy.
