Mr. Hunt has served on our board of directors since 2009.

He has also served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of ManpowerGroup Inc., a world leader in the employment services industry, from 2008 until January 2013.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Mr. Hunt was a shareholder at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. from 1981 to 2007.

He received a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a J.D., with distinction, from Duke University Law School.

We selected Mr. Hunt to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive experience in corporate governance and securities regulation, including experience as general counsel of a public company.
