Karen Blasing has served on the Board since June 2015. Karen served as the Chief Financial Officer of Guidewire Software from 2009 to March 2015.

Prior to 2009, Karen served as the Chief Financial Officer for Force 10 Networks and the Senior Vice President of Finance for Salesforce.com. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for Nuance Communications and Counterpane Internet Security, and held senior finance roles for Informix Corporation (acquired by IBM), Oracle Corporation, and Syntex Pharmaceuticals (now Roche).

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington.

The Board has concluded that Karen should serve on the Board and the audit committee based on her financial leadership at numerous SaaS and enterprise software companies.

Karen was appointed to the board of directors of MetricStream in February 2015 and also serves as a business advisor for Apcera
