Julie Reisetter has over 30 years of healthcare experience in a variety of clinical and leadership positions across the U.S. In 2016, Julie was selected as UCHealth’s first Vice President for Innovation where she oversees the activities of UCHealth’s CARE Innovation Center.

The CARE Innovation Center at UCHealth offers a comprehensive suite of resources and services designed to revolutionize healthcare with leading industry and startup partners. By combining the intellectual assets of the University of Colorado faculty and the clinical laboratory at UCHealth, the CARE Innovation Center is focused on developing, testing, implementing, and spinning out the next generation of digital technology and decision support science. Prior to joining UCHealth, Ms. Reisetter served as Banner Health’s first Chief Nursing Officer, Telehealth Services, within the Innovation division.

Ms. Reisetter has spoken widely on a national level, including ACHE, HMA Executive Forum, NAHC, HealthLeaders Media and HIMSS. She has served in a variety of advisory positions, including her current position on the AAMI Foundation National Coalition to Promote the Safe Use of Complex Healthcare Technology. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Science from the University of California-San Francisco.
