Judy Tong has been our chief people officer since January 2017, responsible for the company's talent and organizational culture which covers development, strategy formulation and implementation. She is also a director of Cainiao Network and one of the founding members of the Alibaba Partnership.

Since joining our company in 2000, Judy has served as director and senior director in departments including administration, customer service and human resources. Between 2007 and 2013, she served as vice president and senior vice president in departments including construction, real estate and procurement.

Starting in 2013, Judy led the formation of Cainiao Network and served at various times as chief operating officer, president, chief executive officer and non-executive chairwoman, overseeing the operations of the company.

Judy currently also serves as a board member of YTO Express Group Co., Ltd., a leading express courier company in China listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Judy is a graduate of Zhejiang University.
