Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). Joined UCS in 2004. Appointed Group Financial Manager in March 2005. Intricately involved in the creation and in unbundling of Argility Limited and on its coming into existence in September 2007 was appointed CFO of this business. Appointed Group CFO in April 2009. Has worked alongside Dean Sparrow on various corporate actions (including the disposal transaction to BCX). Executive director of CEI and member of its Investment Committee.
