Joseph Betancourt, is director of the Disparities Solutions Center, director of Multicultural Education for Massachusetts General Hospital, associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and co-founder of Quality Interactions, Inc. Dr. Betancourt is an expert in quality of care, disparities, and cross-cultural care and communication.

He has worked with more than 100 organizations focused on improving quality for vulnerable populations throughout the country as part of the Disparities Leadership Program, and created and deployed a portfolio of Quality Interactions e-learning programs to more than 125,000 healthcare professionals nationwide.
