Jose Ponce is President of CXO Corporation, A2F, PMG Capital, and Galaxy Genomics. He is also an active Business Investor and Advisor, Real Estate Investor, Investor in Virgin Hyperloop, and Equity Investor in a New York-based Fintech company with 29 billion USD Assets Under Management. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

In his current role, Jose leads the business strategy and commercial organization, including all industry verticals and the consulting business. Jose is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, research, and development across the holding and supporting corporate growth by partnering with world-class management and software companies.

Jose has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has worked with clients in financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, life sciences, and technology. Previously, Jose held various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Program Management, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure Engineering & Operations, Application Development, Portfolio Management, and Process Reengineering while working for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Merck, PwC, and Kraft delivering complex projects to support strategic and global business initiatives. He has provided advisory services to CEOs, CIOs, and VPs at Fortune 500 and SMB companies and participated in several Board meetings as Technical Expert and Business Advisor.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima (Peru). Post-graduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business (Canada); Fashion and Luxury Companies Management; and Private Equity and Venture Capital at Università Bocconi (Italy).
