John Suh has served as our Chief Executive Officer since February 2007 and as a member of our board of directors since February 2005. Prior to LegalZoom, Mr. Suh was Chief Executive Officer of StudioDirect, the Internet division of a global supply chain company, Li and Fung. Prior to StudioDirect, Mr. Suh co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Castling Group, helping offline companies create their Internet divisions and launching category leaders such as jcrew.com and hifi.com.
Mr. Suh was selected to serve on our board of directors due to the perspective and experience he brings as our Chief Executive Officer and his extensive background in the Internet industry.
