John Daly joined Endeavor as Chief Operation Officer in April, 2015, after handling similar duties at Delta Private Jets (DPJ). John's role at Endeavor covers the oversight of operational safety, efficiency, and performance, while managing the direction of all corporate initiatives. Prior to joining Endeavor, John helped build DPJ into the leading private jet organization focused on safety and performance that it is today.


Before joining DPJ, John was the VP of Flight Operations, Planning, and Training for Azul, a Brazilian start up airline that has grown organically to serve more than 100 destinations with 115 aircraft, and 10,000 crew members. John's airline experience also includes leadership roles at Jet Blue, and as a line pilot for United Airlines. John began his aviation career in the United States Marine Corps as a F/A-18 pilot.
