Jimmy has 17-years of sales and marketing experience in real estate agency business. He co-founded PropLeague Realty which has 4 branches and 200 agents. He lives, breathes and sleep real estate. He is much sought after in both land and real estate deals. His forte and passion is in Real Estate Investment Trust, having carved out a space in the rapidly growing sector.

Humor abound, Jimmy loves collaboration. He lives his motto: "Collaboration and Cooperation”. Attended 60 times of MOC courses globally. With MOC formula, He Chosen to Be 100 companies shareholders by Being 100 companies stakeholders .Creating Value in their path of IPO .. He founders JPMS Berhad as an investment holding company in 2016.

Jimmy joined MOC Capital Berhad in 2015 and played an active role in overseeing its portfolio. He is married to Joey Tan and is blessed with two lovely daughters
