Ms. Piracci, a Managing Director at Patomak Global Partners, provides clients with regulatory strategy solutions, based on two decades of experience as a derivatives and regulatory professional. Before joining Patomak, she built and led the National Futures Association's regulatory program overseeing swap dealers under the Dodd-Frank Act. Her work included coordinating with CFTC leadership and recruiting nearly 120 compliance, risk, and quantitative staff. Previously, Ms. Piracci was counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she focused on orderly liquidation and resolution planning. She also spent nearly a decade as outside counsel, advising OTC derivatives market participants on structured derivatives, and spent time as Assistant General Counsel at the International Swaps & Derivatives Association. Currently, Ms. Piracci serves on the Board of the Futures Industry Association and on the Advisory Board of Hidden Road Partners. She earned her A.B from Harvard and her M.B.A. and J.D. from Cornell.
