James Tolonen has served as a director since July 2012. James was senior vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer at Business Objects, S.A. from January 2003 until its acquisition by SAP AG in January 2008. In this capacity, he managed the global finance, tax, information technology, and administrative organizations of Business Objects.

Prior to his employment by Business Objects, James held senior executive positions at IGN Entertainment, Inc. (a subsidiary of News Corporation), CyberMedia, Inc. and Novell, Inc., and served on the boards of directors of Blue Coat Systems, Inc., CyberMedia, Inc., IGN Entertainment, Inc., and Taleo Corporation. James serves on the board of directors of The Coral Reef Alliance, a not for profit entity, MobileIron and New Relic.

James holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
