Israel has over 20 years of experience in technology and product development. Hes a former Executive Vice President of Technology at Kenshoo, the global leader in agile marketing technology. He oversaw research, product development and Saas operations. Prior to setting up hibob, Israel spent several years in Silicon Valley working for industry leading software companies, including the likes of Vmware, HP and Mercury, where he oversaw and implemented long-term strategies for product development. Israel holds a BA in Maths and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, as well as an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. He lives with his wife and three children in Israel.
