Mr. Henderson Gilbert Tuten, also known as Hank, BA (Econ) serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of ECentury Capital Partners. Mr. Tuten is the Partner of Resource Capital Funds and Resource Capital Fund I, II, III & IV L.P.

Mr. Tuten co-founded Resource Capital Funds in 1998 is actively involved in a group of private equity funds like the Resource Capital Funds. He was the Partner of Continuation Investment Partners, L.P. Mr. Tuten served as Chief Executive Officer of Continuation Investments Group, Inc. and Investec Australia.

He served at the Rothschilds for over 15 years. Mr. Tuten served as Chief Executive Officer of Rothschild North America, Inc. and Rothschild Australia Limited. Mr. Tuten was a Commercial Banker at the Philadelphia National Bank. He also founded the ECentury Capital Fund and the Emerging Markets Gold Fund. He served at N M Rothschild & Sons Limited.

He serves as a Director of Ausenco Limited. Mr. Tuten serves on several Boards in connection with his investment activities including Arrow Capital Pty Limited and Imaging Business Machines, LLC. He has been a Director of Australian Solomons Gold Limited since December 3, 2004. He served as a Director of ST Barbara Ltd. from March 26, 2002 to January 21, 2008. At Rothschild, he served on the Boards of many private companies where Rothschild invested.

Mr. Tuten was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics.
