Harry is a User Experience (UX) specialist with a background in psychology and research.


Currently, he is head of UX at Smart Pension, a FinTech startup in London. He also curates at Darkpatterns.org, a site dedicated to understanding deceptive user interfaces, with the aim of stamping them out and improving the web for everyone.

Harry has provided consultancy services for clients such as The Guardian, Dennis Publishing, Haymarket, Sainsbury’s, Cadbury, Vodafone, O2, and others. Prior to his UX consultancy career, Harry obtained a PhD in cognitive science and was an academic researcher for a few years, working at Sussex University’s Interact Lab and Nottingham University’s Mixed Reality lab.
