Hannah leads the division of Tourism, Film & the Arts with more than 25 years of combined professional experience in the U.S. Congress, as well as state and local governments in Maryland and North Carolina.

Prior to joining the Agency, Hannah was the founding Director of the Baltimore City Office of Promotion and the Arts' Division of Film, Video and Television, where she helped lead Baltimore to Moviemaker Magazine's Top Ten List in '05 and '06.

Experienced in managing multi-million dollar budgets and intergovernmental funding strategies, she previously served as Executive Director of the Office of Tourism and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Division of Tourism, Film & the Arts. She received a BA from Boston University and is certified by George Washington University as a Tourism Destination Marketing professional.
