A successful business leader who has been involved in several well-known corporate spin-off and turnaround-driven transformations, Mr. Brenneman brings to our Board an extensive background in general management of large organizations and expertise in accounting and corporate finance, retail, supply chain, marketing and international matters.

Since 2008, Mr. Brenneman has served as Chairman of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity firm with over $12 billion under management, and he was named its President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2015. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TurnWorks, Inc., a private equity firm focusing on corporate turnarounds, which he founded in 1994. In prior management roles, Mr. Brenneman served as Executive Chairman of Quiznos, a national quick-service restaurant chain, from 2008 to 2010, and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008.

Prior to joining Quiznos, Mr. Brenneman led restructuring and turnaround efforts at Burger King Corporation, PwC Consulting, a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), and Continental Airlines, Inc. that resulted in improved customer service, profitability and financial returns.
