G.Santostasi received a PhD in Astrophysics from Louisiana State University. He is interested in the study of consciousness, intelligence, and memory. He also studies the role of sleep in processing and storing memories. His research areas include computational neuroscience, neural networks, and biophysics. His work includes patent pending IP developed at Northwestern University with the goal to augment deep, restorative sleep and enhance memory consolidation.
