Fred is responsible for the development, integration, and support of all software products used at Ryan. He contributes and manages the strategic vision and roadmap for software initiatives and application development.

Fred has more than 15 years of experience leading IT teams to successful outcomes. His IT background covers experience in healthcare, hospitality, casinos, finance, and government, among other industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Administration in Information Systems Operations Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP), Certified HIPAA Administrator (CHA), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
