Frank Steuer is the CTO and co-founder of Blacklane. Prior to founding Blacklane, Frank was a Managing Director at SemperLink GmbH, and before this, he founded Firstfon Ltd., a telephony platform startup offering international mobile calls at reduced rates. Prior to this, he managed the Competence Center Network & Mobility in the Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the Technical University of Berlin. Frank received a diploma in mechanical engineering and a Master of Science in communication and media engineering from the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. His Master's degree included studies at the University of Helsinki, Oregon State University and Portland State University.
