Beth Bierbower is President of Humana’s Employer Group Segment, with responsibility for driving the growth and profitability of Humana’s employer group products including Medical, Specialty, Group Medicare, Wellness and Productivity offerings, and Government business. Under Beth’s leadership, the Employer Group Segment is evolving into an organization that helps employers improve the productivity of their workforce.

In her prior role, Beth led Humana’s Specialty Benefits area, including dental, vision, life, disability, and workplace voluntary benefits. In this role, she grew dental and vision networks from a multi-regional to a national footprint. Beth began her career at Humana in 2001 as Product Innovation Leader, where she drove the development of new products and services that helped position Humana as a leader in consumerism. Beth led the development of some of Humana’s most notable products, including SmartSuite and the HumanaAccess card.

Beth holds a Master of Public Management, graduating with highest honors, from Carnegie Mellon University.
