Donna Hagerman is the Head of Customer Success for Part Analytics. In her role, she is responsible for driving successful outcomes for our customers and delivering meaningful ROI. Donna brings 20+ years of domain expertise in Supply Management and has extensive experience supporting customers with implementation and adoption of procurement technologies.

Donna spent the first 16 years of her supply management career with Management Consulting Firm Kearney working in their Procurement and Analytics practice where she supported large Procurement Transformation and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. She most recently led the Customer Success team for a technology provider focused on Direct material sourcing.

Donna holds a BS of Engineering in Industrial Technology from University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She lives in the Boston with her husband and daughter.
