David Evans is the Chief Administrative Officer at Cardlytics where he oversees key corporate functions that drive critical cross-functional change. Prior to this role, David was Chief Financial Officer at Cardlytics.

David brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and engineering. Prior to Cardlytics, David directed investment banking coverage efforts at Wells Fargo Securities on behalf of clients in the financial technology sector, where he was responsible for originating, negotiating, and executing mergers & acquisitions, equity and leveraged finance transactions. He has also worked in the investment banking divisions at Wachovia Securities, Cowen, and J.P. Morgan and started his career in engineering and consulting. David earned a BSE in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
