Dave Clowser is Vice President of Customer Operations at Apcela Services. He is responsible for all customer-facing operations including service provisioning, communications and support with the goal of ensuring operational excellence and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Dave also oversees data center and carrier relationships, which includes network development and performance improvement across Apcela’s global low latency network and high-performance infrastructure supporting sophisticated financial markets participants worldwide.With over 35 years in the telecommunications industry in sales, operations, business process and business development roles, Dave brings a breadth of experience helping companies achieve their business-driven network goals. Prior to joining Apcela, Dave held Senior Director and VP-level positions at Northern Telecom, ITT, Sprint and Universal Access/Vanco. At Sprint, Dave recruited and led a sales support and reporting organization of 75 that successfully supported 20% yearly sales growth. At Universal Access, Dave was responsible for the development of sales planning and support programs for strategic accounts that drove 40% sales growth.
