Danilo graduated in law in 1995 at PUC-SP. Also did MA in Political Science from USP. Lawyer M & A for over 8 years, worked at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. and Quiroga Advogados in transactions of great public impact, as well as in the New York office Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger, where he was during the years 2001-2003.

Danilo Amaral left the firm in 2006 to take on the task of asking the judicial recovery of BRA Transportes Aereos SA in as CEO. During the more than two years in which there has been negotiated and obtained a reduction of an original debt of £ 240 million to £ 75 million, which allowed the ARB to resume its activities in April 2009. In August of that year, Danilo hung up the company to found the Barra Grande Capital, a boutique M & A and restructuring and subsequently the Trinity Investments, an investment fund where he coordinates both the areas of venture capital and private equity.
