Dale is an accomplished executive manager with over 20 years of semiconductor experience leading both large engineering organizations for established technology companies as well as small organizations. Prior to joining Ambiq Micro, Dale was the V.P. Engineering Entropic Communications. Before Entropic Communications, Dale was the CTO, V.P. Engineering and co-Founder of RF Magic. Dale has also held senior design management roles at Conexant and ComStream Corp. Dale holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a M.S.E.E. from San Diego State University.
