Craig Jacobson was elected to the board of directors of Charter on July 27, 2010.

Jacobson was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 until its merger with Live-Nation, Inc. in January 2010.

Jacobson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1974, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from George Washington University School of Law.
